• Maintaince and control accounting payable & receivable in SUN system & other Financial software ensuring all data and transactions are correct and reporting
• Lead project of Undertake annual Fixed Asset Verification and stock taking in liaison with the partner
• Monitoring & Control the Petty cash payment & replenishment
• Maintain petty cash transactions including writing receipts preparing payment request forms of disbursement of cash and clearance of advances
• Bank reconciliation statement & Bank transfer requests, and preparing monthly bank reconciliation statement statements & reporting
• Accounts payable &Receivable
• Prepare financial Statement & reporting
• Income statement ( P &L )
• Statement of Stock holders, equity
• Statement Cash follow
• Balance sheet
• Budget control
• Withdrawal application
• Participate in quarterly & annual work plan
• Prepare monthly, quarter and annual financial Statements reports
• Field emergence purchase and Casual labours wedge payment

• Supervise and monitoring drilling &production inventory account and performing to monthly adjustment .
• Control Inventory accounts .
• Amortize (depreciation) Fixed Asset costs periodically
• Monitor of Fixed Assets disposable
• Responsible for Staff Pay roll & cash management provide monthly standard accounting report including closing day book, general ledger files, accounting reconciliation cash in hand to book balance
• Prepare financial statement reports during a period of time & a specify moment
• Lead team for compensations and payment to local authority
• Responsible for Allocate Common Fixed Asset costs to relevant Blocks within department
• Prepare and maintain a comprehensive Fixed Asset Register and keeping it updated.( addition and deletion )
• Drilling cost analysis and AFEs technical report
• Supervise and monitoring production Inventory movement & performing monthly adjustment
• Control Fixed Asset Ledger
• Good knowledge of Sun System and Optima Invoice Tracking System (ITS)& SMACC
