Accomplishments:
• Joined the organization as an Internee and rotated through several projects to perform Drive Test for 2G/UMTS/HSDPA Services and gained knowledge in all aspects relating to RF Optimization for improving the cell site performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Providing technical expertise in performing Drive Test for 2G/UMTS/HSDPA Services by using Tems investigation and monitoring of the company network for uninterrupted workflow.
• Carrying out DT based on coverage, quality and capacity requirement for new and existing sites and locating HOT SPOTS & Site Details on Map Info.
• Devising test plans, test site scheduling, equipment calibration and setup, RF signal measurement and data analysis, Skilled in defining the scripts required for drive test, scenarios of drive required for every technology and project.
• Evaluating new and upcoming technologies for application and suitability, and also participating in global mapping to verify the link clearance in unconditional or conditional regions.
• Demonstrating strong grip on testing tools like GPS, Data card, STC Data Sim, Laptop, Tems investigation software, Google earth, MapInfo etc.
• Participating in technical discussions to improve the network coverage as well as analyzing Drive test log to find out the gap in Network quality.
• Proficiently conducting various tests like Coverage test, Idle & Dedicated modes, throughput test, and Scripting test using Tems investigation 19.0.2.
• Reporting on the progress of assigned drive test activities to senior and informing them the real time network. Strong ability on fault diagnosis, network optimization steps and procedures as well as measuring the performance of the network in the field through application of TEMS drive test tool operation and analysis
• Keeping updated with current network technologies and standards and offered expert technical support on network installation projects.
• To perform Drive Tests for 2G, UMTS, HSDPA, and LTE Services by using Tems investigation.
• Doing various types of tests like Coverage test, Idle and dedicated modes, throughput tests, and Scripting test using Tems investigation.
• Troubleshoot complex network and systems issues and conduct drive tests.
• Assist in quality feedback and best services to customers at all times.

• Effectively Install and improve the performance of the network and equipment.
• Provide 3rd Line Network support to resolve complex faults on a 7/24 basis.
