Supports management by providing human resources direction, advice, and counsel
Ability to coach and mentor team members through the process of understanding the needs and responsibilities of human resources within a large multi-national organization
Guides management and employee actions by developing HR guidelines, communicating the guidelines and enforcing organization values
Leads company’s compliance with all existing governmental and labor legal requirements
Developing and implementing HR initiatives in line with organizational objectives
Leading the organization’s HR departments, including talent acquisition, learning and development, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, talent management HR information systems (ATS & MenaMe) and financial planning of the department
Liaising directly with the executive board and being accountable for the performance of the HR function and the departments within it, as well as providing strategic counsel on all people matters
Contributing to long-term goals around business and people development, including succession planning and talent acquisition
Creating and managing the HR department’s annual budget & KPI
Providing services to 13 Division in the company
Within the functions of the human resources manager, Develop and administer various human resources plans and procedures for all company personnel. Plan, organize and control all activities of the department. Participates in developing department goals, objectives and systems. Implement and update compensation program; Update job descriptions and Organizational Charts as necessary. Analyze compensation, conduct annual salary survey and adjust salaries as per market trends and rates; Develop, recommend and implement company policies and procedures; prepare and maintain handbook on policies and procedures; Perform benefits administration; approve invoices for payment, monitor cost-effectiveness, expense related activities and administrative cash flow. Develop and maintain affirmative action program; maintain all records, reports and logs for ISO and Internal Audits Conduct recruitment campaigns in order to fulfill annual manpower requirements; monitor career Path, induction and exit formalities etc. Establish and maintain department records and reports. Participate in administrative staff meetings and seminars. Evaluate reports, decisions and results of each unit and department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

Oversaw recruitment programs to ascertain induction of appropriate personnel in a cost effective manner, Directed preparation and maintenance of requisite reports to carry out the departmental functions efficiently and utilize employees capabilities and maximize efficiencies, provided periodic reports to the management to track strategic goal accomplishment, Provided a comprehensive and professional HR service for all organizational plants with an emphasis on quality, communication, continuous improvement, and high performance, Produced statistical information for HR reporting, maintained HR module in SAP and sourced candidates to ensure adequate staffing at all times
Creating and revising job descriptions
Conducting annual salary surveys
Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program
Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures

Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
