I am working as advanced operator in Arabian Petrochemical Company “Petrokemya” SABIC. I joint SABIC since November 2002 as outside operator. I am dealing with Polystyrene Plant. My responsibilities are doing routine activities and maintain all safety and environmental procedures. Also, I am working in plant that contains 8 reactors, heaters and compressor which I am checking their operations and doing necessary adjustment. Doing lock out and tag out equipments for maintenance activities. I have experience in turnarounds and emergency shut down and start up in smooth mode. I am applying all safety procedures and maintain safety appearance and report any abnormalities. Doing suggestions and share experiences to improve plant operation and product ivies. I attended many training classes and I trained new hired operators.


Presently employed with Sipchem as Shift supervisor and actively involved as a field leader for all the outside day-to-day activities involved in the plant. Responsible for any upset in the plant and timely take corrective actions for trouble shooting in co-ordination with the shift supervisor. Co-ordinate with maintenance for any activities in the plant. Also actively involved in taking charge in the DCS. Giving training and knowledge for the junior trainees regarding the plant.
