Duties:
Ensures open position are advertised in appropriate venues to attract diverse a candidates pooling.
Ensures the open position listing is in a visible location for both internal and external candidates.
Works with employment administrator to establish and maintain contact with external sources.
Ensure interviews are conducted according to recommended guidelines, consistent screening
criteria is used and only job related questioned are asked.
Ensure that salary scale according to positions and experience must be properly implemented and
monitored.
Follow up with all MUQEEM reports and employee’s status.
Coordinating with the training department to develop the administration staff to enhance their
performance and prepare for succession opportunities.
Ensure that all administration documents implemented and processed as per company policy.
Provide information and services to internal clients to ensure that they are aware of and comply
with administration policy and procedure.
Provide documents/services to ensure that health and safety is facilitated.
Ensure all employees provided with legal documents and other related permits allowing them to
pursue their duties.
Issuance of Saudization certificates from Ministry of Labor.
Coordinates with the central administration department to update divisional staff with existing
administration policies and procedure.
Ensuring employee records confidentiality - respecting and complying with record confidentiality
requirements.
Communicating with supervisors, peers and subordinates - providing information to supervisor,
co-workers, and subordinate by telephone, in written form, email or in person.
Modeling and appropriate behavior - serving a role model to demonstrate appropriate behavior.
Duties:
Provide personal administrative support to the Senior Manager. Duties include general clerical,
receptionist and project based work. Project a professional company image through in-person and
phone interaction.
Maintains files and databases.
Prepares reports, presentations, memorandums, proposals and correspondence.
Makes travel arrangements for other staff and executives.
Schedules appointments and meetings for supported staff.
Performs data entry as needed.
Screens and routes incoming calls and messages when necessary.
Tracks office supply inventory and orders additional supplies as needed.
Reconciles expenses, invoices and bills.
Maintaining confidentiality.
Taking minutes.
Time management.
Secures information by completing data base backups.
Duties:
Dedicates face time to ensure employee support through interaction and feedback.
Organizes and conducts employee information meetings on employment policy, benefits and
compensation.
Acts as first point of contact for employees regarding employee relations issues and/or concerns
about motivation and job satisfaction.
Advises and assists business/line managers on interpretation and administration of Personnel
policies and programs.
Identification of high value employees, and recognition of performance through rewards).
Coordinates internal and external training and recruitment activities.
Screens and reviews applications and may interview applicants.
Assists in organizing internal teambuilding events and external local community events.
Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies.
Assists with the coaching and development of new team members.
Identifies and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Performing administration of personnel actions including hiring, employee documentation,
benefits administration, etc.
Providing reports to the Personnel/Management team.
Supports Line Management and Personnel as needed.
Responds to queries from employees, managers and Personnel.
Performing SAP actions such as hiring, promotion, transfer, termination, etc., as required.
Performing SAP transactions such as inputting of absences, attendances, payments, deductions,
etc., as required.
Conducting research and analyzes data on assigned projects.
Complies with all applicable Schlumberger standards and policies.
Assisting with the coaching and development of new team members.
Identifying and participates in continuous improvement initiatives.
Duties:
Liaise effectively with the Project Managers, Engineers, Site Staffs, and external contacts.
Coordinate and organize meetings/seminars within the project office, and with external clients,
and assist with the preparation of presentations, agendas and minutes.
Provide efficient word processing, clerical, photocopying, filing and minute taking duties in respect
of the Project.
Screen incoming mails and telephone calls, action responses & redirect correspondence where
necessary.
Organize and coordinate travel requests for the Project Manager and other Engineers, relating to
the project where and when required.
Maintains confidential records and filing of reports, correspondence and related material for ease
of retrieval.
Coordinating and ordering of stationary and office supplies.
Propose improvements to internal processes and procedures for the efficient and effective
administration of all office procedures within the project office.
Other duties as assigned by the line manager.
Duties:
Managing and work on all access in Personnel System.
Follow up of evaluation of probation and contract periods.
Issuance of identification letters in both Arabic and English languages.
Creation of monthly reports on employees leaves balances and send them to concern directorates.
Follow up with Payroll section for employee clearance.
Advertising vacancies and conducting interviews.
Preparation of job offers and contract for all employees.
Managing Recreating and Salaries Budget.
Sent all orders for Iqama Issuance and renew and all types of visa to Gov. Department.
Participating in the preparation of lists of performance incentives.
Coordination with Medical Insurance supervisor yearly for the renewal of contract to make sure all
employees has been covered.
Provide comprehensive personnel advisory service to all company managers and staff to ensure
that the company follows best practice in the management of its staff and to ensure compliance
with legal requirements.
Duties:
Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human
Resources issues.
Assist employees with internal and external transfer requests and procedures.
Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes for compliance with all local regulations, laws,
directives and company policies and standards.
Follow all company policies and procedures; ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean
and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
Prepare and review written documents accurately and completely.
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with other.
Support team to reach common goals.
Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
