Responsible for strategic and operational oversight of key enterprise business solutions distributed between 3 departments which are Business Innovations Department, Applications Support Department, and Web Applications Departments. The footprint of theses business solutions includes 100+ Modules in several applications like Oracle E-Business Suite, Siebel, Oracle Transportation Management, Oracle SOA, Oracle Policy Automation, Oracle Business Intelligence, Oracle Web Center, Microsoft SharePoint, and several Oracle and Non-Oracle Cloud Solutions, including also several outbound integration like SADAD Gateway, SIMAH, Muqeem, Banks, etc.
Focus areas include applications performance, utilization and ensuring the intended business values are well understood and realized to support business and system process changes to drive peak performance and customer satisfaction.

EMAD Program in one of the biggest footprints of Oracle Technologies in Sauid Arabia, GCC, and the Middle East. It includes the implementation for fives companies (Shared Services, Logistics, Real Estate, Automotive, and Manufacturing) divided into 8 projects in 3 Phases. Each company contains several business functions.Projects include 90+ Oracle Modules in E-Business Suites, Siebel, Oracle Transportation Management (OTM), OBIEE, and other applications
