• Prepare & share daily, weekly and monthly progress report on Food Program.
• Maintenance of data base of beneficiaries and other relevant data.
• Preparation of program presentation and updating on regular basis.
• Update follow up data on the basis of daily consultation in respective forms/ tally sheets.
• Provide enrolled beneficiaries with transportation where appropriate.
• Any other tasks assigned by Food Aid Coordinator and Documentation Officer.
• Regular coordination with project coordinator.
• Assist in the implementation of the program in a manner that promotes gender equality, democratic decision-making and is all-inclusive.
• Promote and adhere to the principles and objectives.
• Establish new contacts with communities.
• Aware and facilitate communities and conduct meetings with community members including children, parents, teachers etc.
• Weekly reporting on progress.
• Other duties as required in line with your skills, experience and role.
• Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
• Prepare & share daily, weekly and monthly progress report on Franchise Manager.
• Maintenance of data base of customers data.
• Updating on regular basis to Ufone Head Office.
• Give Service to all Customers.
