• Provide Communication link between Dealer and Caterpillar along with lending product problem resolutions
• Work with Core Groups on Commercial Impact Product Health and analyzing & reporting Field Follow Programs
• Conduct Theoretical and Practical Training Sessions (Product Link and Vision Link)
• Trouble shooting, maintenance and PDI of Caterpillar Earth moving Equipment
• Updated knowledge on latest Technological Advancements.
• Partners in Quality coordinator for caterpillar machines to identify and report assembly related issue from 0 to 250 hours
• Escalating Product Problems for resolution through the Caterpillar Continuous Product Improvement process
• Update and maintenance of caterpillar product problem report database at regular basis
• Conduct Tel-conference directly with the concerned caterpillar product group on quarterly basis to discuss product issues at our territory
• Daily monitoring and provide assistance for dealer solution network service request raised by branches
• Alert the branches on NPI and service related issues at regular basis to minimize the troubleshooting time
• Providing Factory passwords for the branches as and when required
• Tracking the status of PIP / PSP’s and assisting branches at faster completion
• Conducting Product Link and Vision Link Training Courses for Al-Bahar Employees, Caterpillar Dealer Service Personnel in Middle East on a regular basis
• Prepare product problem presentation for each Caterpillar/other Product Group.
• Model wise preparing the PL installation Documentation .
• Sending the recommendation to the Branches/Customer supporting the and also developing the Business.
• Supporting the customers by analyzing Condition Monitoring Five elements .
• Checking and ensuring with branches if Sims and DSN are entered for all the failures known to us.
• Following the 5 levels of EM solutions and supporting the customers as per their Levels.
• Preparing the Incremental Business report / Parts business generated every month .
• Visiting the Customers all over the U.A.E to encourage the customer to use the Vision Link to monitor their Machines.
