1. HR App for employee performance evaluations
• Development tools: MS power Apps, MS power Automate, SharePoint online.
Led the development of a robust HR Employee Performance Evaluation Application, aimed at streamlining evaluation processes within the organization.
Orchestrated the creation of an intuitive HR administration page, empowering HR administrators to establish new evaluation periods and transition existing data to read-only status for enhanced data integrity.
Implemented meticulous role-based access control to ensure HR personnel operate within their designated groups.
Integrated user-friendly access to historical performance data, facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing user engagement.
Spearheaded the development of a dashboard-like matrix table displaying employee names categorized by employee level and departments and differentiating their promotion state for the current period.
Added evaluation form printing functionality for selected employees, enhancing accessibility and usability.
Innovatively utilized Power Automate scripting for efficient permission management and optimization of collaboration and data integrity.

2. Asset Management App

Revolutionizing HR processes. This dynamic application allows HR to effortlessly manage assigned assets, add new bookings and entries, and track total quantities through a Power Automate flow.
Streamlined the agreement process by creating a Power Automate flow that generates and stores PDF agreements in a SharePoint library.
Featuring a meticulously designed HTML and CSS form with an organizational watermark. This project showcases my proficiency and blending technical expertise with a design-focused approach to enhance organizational efficiency and resource management.
3. MS Power App to order food from organization food service

Designed and developed a sophisticated food ordering application utilizing Microsoft Power Apps, integrating advanced functionalities to meet complex user requirements.
Implemented a dynamic date range selection feature, automating the exclusion of weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) for streamlined order processing.
Leveraged Power Automate to enable personalized email notifications, delivering crucial order details such as order ID and itemized lists in a dynamic HTML table format to users upon order submission.
Notable features include an intuitive Order Details Gallery for comprehensive order overviews and a Popup Screen facilitating seamless item additions, enhancing overall user experience and operational efficiency.
