• Performing administrative duties such as verification and reconciliation of airport
expenditure items, associated airport charges, ground handling charges, monthly
performance reports, and customer recovery related follow up
• Planning and streamlining service processes and operational procedures to ensure the most cost effective approach without affecting the service standards of the airline
• Proactively minimizing any operational impact to the airline's Performance standards and consistently deliver the customer recovery management policy
• Provide operational support and direction to Station Manager and/or ground handling
suppliers for delay and disruption handling activities as deemed necessary
