-Evaluating potential Industrial Borrowers in Saudi Arabia with respect to Industrial and Financial risks by judging the validity of their experience and credit-worthiness.
-Appraising new and existing multi-million investments related to Solar Power, Power generators, Transformers, and other Electrical products…
-Performing presentations for the committee on the evaluated project for loan approval or turn down and center of discussions toward approval of lending or turning down the project loan.
-Performing periodic Loan Reviews and monitoring clients’ Accounts.
-Exposure to various business challenges and corresponding solutions and strategies while monitoring projects' implementations and early operations.
-Visiting SIDF financed projects and meeting with their respective sponsors on-site to discuss and analyses their annual and quarterly financials and production results.
-Following up with borrowers on repaying loans, violations of covenants, satisfying loan conditions and submissions of Financial Statements.
