•Implementing policies and procedures specific to the
management/project.
•Executing initiatives and projects specific to management/project.
•Executing construction projects for the company according to the
technical specifications and approved project schedule.
•Analyzing the technical requirements of projects and determining
the necessary plans and schedules for their execution.
•Directing the work team, including supervisors, technicians, and
workers, to carry out construction activities according to the
approved engineering plan.
•Reviewing and monitoring project progress according to the
established workflow and submitting regular reports to the
department manager.
•Maintaining continuous coordination with the materials and
procurement department to ensure the availability of necessary
raw materials for work on a permanent basis.
•Coordinating with contractors and the end client during project
execution to overcome any obstacles and expedite work.
•Identifying risks and implementing occupational safety and health
procedures at all stages.
•Monitoring the quality of work in accordance with specified
standards and improving work based on quality control results.
•Guiding and training the work team to enhance their performance
and increase productivity.
•Ensuring proper implementation of construction work according
to local engineering standards and globally recognized
construction safety regulations from an engineering perspective.
•Preparing regular reports on management/project activities.
•Supervising the team's work to ensure the achievement of targets
and continuous improvement.
•Providing necessary support to the line manager and performing
any other assigned tasks within their expertise.

• working on detailed design drawings and preparing new drawings for different Sections, Beams, and Columns.

• reviewing and editing consultants' comments on Concept Design and detailed design drawings.

• Assisting on finishing As-Built drawings based on design and shop drawings that been used for casting the construction joints.

• Preparing Bars Binding Schedules (BBS) for different Structural Elements such as "beams, columns, rafts, stairs, slabs. etc."

• modify the shop drawings based on consultant comments and recommendations.

• Mark up drawings: Working on changes that should be made to a drawing and document and add information.

• Plotting drawings: making filters for the Work Inspection Request (WIR) with number of WIR on drawings.

• Make revisions: Review existing drawings according to feedback collected from engineers, designers, and
other customers.

• Graphics Mode: Prepare drawings using drawings and specifications provided by engineers, designers and
other customers.

• Gather information: Collaborate with engineers, architects and other experts to gather technical data for
drafting in drafts.

• Workforce: directing workers at construction sites, coordinating their work, and communicating priorities and daily tasks.

• Workflow reporting: reporting on workflow and employee performance, and communicating with project managers to align goals and deadlines and Planning.
