• Leading a project to improve the company policy, procedure & work instructions for the fleet.
• Auditing the rigs to verify the implementation & compliance with Policies & Procedures for operations & maintenance.
• Analyze daily drilling reports& operational KPIs, to identify areasforimprovement, develop corrective action plans.
• Collaborate with Rig Managersto optimize rig operations, compliance& improve safety protocols, to enhance operational efficiency, & drive financial performance.
• Assist in financial management to develop & manage Profit & loss reports, Capital & Operational expenditures & next year budget plan.

• Demonstrates hands-on knowledge and experience in a variety of systems and applications such as internal combustion engines, rotating equipments heat exchangers, radiators, reverse osmosis, and cranes.
• Gained practical knowledge though hands-on rotational assignments, establishing a strong foundation in operation & maintenance.
• Gained comprehensive insights into various aspects of positions through immersive role rotations, including positions like Mechanic, Maintenance Supervisor, & Barge Engineer.
• Investigated & resolved operational & maintenance issues, developing a strong understanding of troubleshooting procedures.

• Managing Thrust boring Highway activity 56 Pipeline for Aramco Master Gas System.
• Supervising subcontractors to ensure compliance with company standards & project requirements.
