Designing DCIM Systems and operating to protect the data center, capture power usage, calculate the available capacity, and provide meaningful, timely alarms, notifications, and reports to end-users.
Configuration of DCIM Systems applications in support of new data center deployments, new data requirements, and data center retrofits.
Preparing and maintaining DCIM Systems support documentation, test plans, and change management records.
Implementing corporate policies procedures, and standards to maximize the performance of systems, applications, and networks.
Maintaining positive relationships and communication with staff, management, and customers.
Administer the QTS power provisioning, incident management, and reporting processes for the site.
Applying analytical, troubleshooting, and organizational skills to support day-to-day operations.

Providing technical support:

Estimating emergency lighting level of various areas in a project with the help of specially designed software like RELUX, DIALux and so on
Calculating batteries for distinguishing system such as Fire Alarm System, Central battery system and PAVA
Generating RFI to get clarification from consultant & client.
Revising and releasing compliance report &technical submittals and replying to consultant comments
Liaising with Internal CAD Team to get the drawings ready
Designed and applied big scale fire alarm, firefighting and telephone & CCTV system
Spearheaded operations of system architecture development and controller selection
Got material selection done along with sample approval from the consultant
Represented drawing generated and followed up for approval
Steered operations of material ordering and confirmation of delivery to the site
Managed Installation of sensors, Controllers and Control panels
Established Sequence of operation (SOP) for equipment with consultant
Performed testing and commissioning of controllers as per approved SOP
Recognized the number/skill of resources necessary to control the project’s
Liaised with the MEP Team to rectify identified discrepancies
Combined third party system such FMO-P, BMS, Generator system, lifts and so on
Conducted site surveys or evaluations of systems and sites as required for producing necessary reports
Participated as a part of Supervisor Team and provided suitable solutions to supervisor & contract team
Assimilated all system Fire Alarm System, Access Control, CCTV, PAVA, Audio Video and Structure Cabling
Monitored quality works done by the vendor along with the server of CCTV, Access Control, BMS systems and
