-Leading a team of architects, engineers, designers and drafters.
-Day to day implementation of specific Task during projects designing phase and technical phase and tasks distribution for all the team.
-Reviewing and giving the approval for projects design and concepts, then for architectural drawings and specifications.
-Managing the production and coordination of work in the design team.
-Managing design submission and conducting site visits.
-Serving as a liaison between the architectural team and other stakeholders.
-Working closely with clients to capture client thoughts and concept projects.
-Generating projects quotations, and specifications.
-Creating projects presentation for the client.
-Coordinating and preparing all the requirements as design documents, inspection reports, material submittal, as-built, and RFI, WIR, NCR, CVI, MOM, MIR, RFC...…
-Coordinating with MEP and structural consultants and teammates throughout the projects.
-Reviewing and validating submitted shop drawings, BOQ, and quotations from the subcontractors.
-Managing all the technical tasks the assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources, and quality from start to finish.
-Revising shop drawings and ensuring implementation of work according to project specifications.
-Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates, and reports.
-Leading site meetings with the suppliers and engineers.
-Managing design change and creating variation orders.
-Following finished executed work and inspections (RFI, MIR, MOM, WIR...) with all details .
-Assisting on final handing over of the project.
-Working as supervision engineer within the consultant team, receiving the works inspection request from the consultant, following up the project schedule, quality controller of the works executed on-site, -reviewing the architecture shop drawings and preparing reports.
-Analyzing the selection process of tenders and subcontractors.
-Negotiating prices and finalizing quotations and handling of provisional sum items within contracts.

-Reviewing and validating submitted shop drawings, BOQ, and quotations from the contractor.
-Coordinating with engineers, planners and architects to ensure that plans and designs adhere to federal and state regulations and to oversee the design of the project.
-Monitoring the daily progress of projects, providing detailed updates to project manager, organizing reports, project documents, and contracts.
-Organizing meetings and coordinating with MEP team.
-Revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.
-Serving as liaison between client's requests, Consultants, and Contractors.

1-Hospital for kidney dialysis for the Saudi military forces. (Project Engineer)
2-Office building for Saudi border guard. (Project Engineer)
3-Car Showrooms for Petromin Corporation. (Design Architect)
Responsibilities:
-Coordinating with mechanical, structural, and architecture departments.
-Managing teams of architects, civil engineers and draftsman.
-Analyzing problems in the site, according to the current situation.
-Creating drawings and reports.
-Updating architectural drawings due to design changes.
-Attending meetings with subcontractors, consultant and client.
-Reviewing shop drawings and quotation from various sub-contractors.
-Creating BOQ and preparing contractor payment.
-Resolving conflicts and providing assistance on engineering matters regarding specifications, clarifications and changes.
-Reporting project progress to the site manager and client.
-Facilitating site work execution and communicating with projects staff to clarify drawings details.
-3D modeling and rendering for projects.
-Creating project schedule using Microsoft Project.
-Cooperating with engineers and technicians to avoid the problem in the precast concrete work (precast panel, precast column, precast beams, precast hollow core slab, dowels....)
-Designing exterior and interior projects.
-Creating shop drawings, BOQ and specifications for projects.
-3D modeling and rendering for projects.
-Updating architectural drawings due to design changes.
-Consulting with engineers.
-3D lighting mapping design for building.
