1.Project Planning and Designing
a. Prepare and document all customers’ needs

- Managing Microsoft Server Roles ( file server, dhcp, active directory, print server, etc ) on windows 2003, 2008, 2012, 2016 servers.
- Provide Server, Network, PC/Workstation administration and support for the 25 branches and administrative office.
- Cisco Internetworking Installation. Installed and configured several models of Cisco switches and HP Switches. Installed and configured Cisco ASA, UTMs appliances to include remote access VPN support. Cisco LAN/WAN router configuration and management.
