• Ensuring continuous monitoring, troubleshooting and maintenance of business systems.

• Ensuring effective functioning of the physical infrastructure and connectivity to all company sites.
• Coordinating and ensuring effective functioning of local infrastructure (WANs and LANs) and managing connectivity related matters with local suppliers.
• Providing user support in line with corporate guidelines and established network management standards.
• Ensuring continuous monitoring, troubleshooting of hardware and network issues in line with corporate guidelines.
• Providing input on local needs to Infrastructure and Networking Manager.
• Defining standards for equipment and devices used for all regions.
• Defining TSC infrastructure strategy based on directions from corporate IT Manager.
• Overseeing network management and installations.
