EXPERIENCE:
2010 joined in Marafiq Company as thermal DCS control room operator after two years promoted to power plant shift supervisor
Now I am working as power plant shift supervisor to Supervision and cover all power plant activities.
1994 joined in Swcc Company as thermal field operator for boiler and steam turbine operator and after two years promoted to DCS control room operator for boiler and steam turbine
SKILLS AND Role:
- Responsible for the overall supervision of operation staffs .and operating activities including planned shut down and starting of the plant in accordance with established work plans schedules and ensuring safety of all personnel and environment.
- - Preparing reporting of the plant operating to operation manager.
- - Conduct regular meetings with maintenance team to discuss work progress, schedules, problems, interferences, priorities etc.
- - Responsible for efficiency and progress of work in accordance with production schedules and established standards.
- - Responsible for initiating changes in methods, schedules and procedures needed to meet specific exigencies of the plant operations.
- - Maintain reporting system which provides sufficient data to ensure stabilizing of operation
- Submit reports to manager and keep him informed on all technical problems, if any, as well as on new changes or modifications on existing work plant or schedule.
- - Ensure Environmental Aspect-Impact and Hazard Risk Assessment are carried out, controlled and updated.
- - Identify, establish and monitor objectives, Targets and Training programs.
- - Carry out annual performance evaluation of reporting employees
- - Ensure the provision of PPE and other safety equipment’s to the working personnel in the plant.
TRAINING COURSES AND PROJECTS:
- turbine technology and boiler operation & fire protection system instrumentation and service air operation and distribution system
- Boiler and Steam Turbine operator training for two years.
- Co2 generation plants training for six months.
- Training course in plant chemistry for control room operators.
- Training course theoretical of thermal power plants.
- Training course in operation and troubleshooting of thermal power plants
- Training course in boiler maintenance and operation.
- training course in generator “AVR” controlling system
- Training course in compressors operation and maintenance.
- Training program in PLC by Siemens.
- Carry out Acceptance test and installation of control system upgrade yanbu power plant by Siemens.
- I worked as boiler and steam turbine process engineer when plant DCS system upgrade time.
- Supervision and commissioned of boiler fuel additive system project.
- Supervision and commissioned of main steam condenser sea water system derbies filter project.
- - re -commissioned of ESP and FGD plant system in my plant
