• Production of monthly Business Segments, Cost Centers and Branches monthly performance reports.
• Production of Products and Customers profitability reports including multinational customer reporting to the group.
• Responding to internal and external clients queries on all MI reports including data investigation inquiries.
• Participation in in the exercise of preparing the Annual Operating Plan.
• Participated “with the coordination of Learning & Development Department” in training sessions to assist branches’ managers read and analyze HMI reports.
