• Issuing NCRs, SORs to contractors for unspecified work/procedure and assuring from contractor to get corrected for respective works.
• Estimation of quantities for Variation/additional works.
• Writing civil and architectural specifications for new projects.
• Co-ordination with relevant departments for the works.
• Attending technical meetings and resolving the technical issues and ambiguity.
• Checking and certifying monthly bills of contractors.
• Preparing weekly, monthly work reports for the projects for clientele and official purpose.
