 Supervising and Monitoring Equipment Inventory using the ASSET PLUS Maintenance Management Program
 Monitoring Maintenance Contractors and Warranty Services along with daily, weekly and monthly rounds
 Risk Assessment of Hospital wide potential risks and the application of proper control measurements
 Incident management which includes using tools such as Root Cause analysis and Fish bone diagram (Ishikawa diagram)
 Developing, reviewing and implementing of BioMedical Equipment Management Program
 Developing Biomedical Engineering Department Policy and Procedures
 Writing Specifications, Commissioning, Acceptance and Installation of BioMedical Equipment
 Assessment of Biomedical Equipment Risk, Cost and Depreciation
 Worked in the New ICU, Urology, Neurology, Emergency Departments projects where implementation of special specifications were applied such as types of Hospital and Care areas Building Materials, Safety Doors, Curtains, Paints Ceilings, Flooring and many others hospital issues.
