Projects Involved
•Project Name:- AGR Strippers for WASIT Gas Program, Client-SK ENGG & CONS.
•Project Name:- RasAzZawr Project, Water Desalination Plant.Client-DOOSAN
•Project Name:- Diesel fuel Storage Tank, Shedgum Gas Plant. Client-SAUDI ARAMCO
Roles & Responsibilities
.
•Coordinating with client and sub vendors in inspection & related activities ensuring the project is inline with the client requirements & schedule.
•Inspection and documentation of materials, fit-ups, weld visuals, final dimensional inspections, pressure tests etc. with respect to approved drawings, procedures, codes & client spec inline with ITP.
•Involvement in the preparation of various QA/QC procedures and documents. (ITP, material release, fit-up, weld visual, final dimension reports, various NDT reports, summary, pressure test reports etc).
•Witnessing, coordinating and documentation of PQT, WQT, WPS, Welder approvals and monitoring of welders, repair rate, welding consumables & various equipements.
•Involved in the internal auditing of various departments.


AREAS OF EXPERTISE:

•Devising & implementing company quality assurance programs incompliance with company requirements.
•Familiar with fabrication drawings as Equipement (tank, vessel, skid), Structural, P&ID, Piping Isometrics etc.
•Reviewing drawings, material specifications, visual inspection of joint fit-up, in-process inspection and dimensional check.
•Expediting and conducting inspection as per ITP and Documentation (Reporting / reviewing QC related documents).
•Handling QC inspection for fabrication & structural work as well as all piping / mechanical installations.
•Prepare and maintain daily quality and production reports for all NDT activities.
•Conducting the piping inspection.
•Giving feedback about complaint analysis, process capability and tolerance study as well as checking daily reports.
•Focusing on the optimization of process parameters and initiating improvements for achieving targets.
•Surveying quality manual, standard operating procedure, work instruction and process control plans.
•Providing guidance to contractor and witnessing all piping / mechanical testing and commissioning activities.



•Supervising the contractor in the compilation of the handover and test packs together.
•Assuring that the equipement meets the specifications and industry (ASME / API / ASTM) codes Test Pack preparation and reviewing Weld Summary.
•Review of documents and clearing of punch list items prior to hydro tests.
•Versatile with all API, ASME standards for site and shop based tank fabrication, erections and maintenance jobs.
•Experience in CS & SS Tanks and in different types of roofs as fixed, floating, external, aluminium dome roof etc. and their associated roof structural assemblies, fit-up and weld visual and NDT inspections.
•Well versed in Isometric, P&ID drawing to cross check the pipe spool fabrication, erection and their connections to equipements, Tanks etc.
•Involvement in in preparation, verification and review of WPS, PQR, MPS and Quality Control monitoring of welders, welding consumables, Parameters, and Preheating, and IP temperature control.
•Issuance of final release/ dispatch certificates.
•Inspect, witness and reporting of all raw materials and activities involved in fabrication, coating of Tanks, Pressure vessels, offshore &onshore structurals, piping and coating including FBE &galvanizing.
