Description: Project Manager Assistant in QIT (Pearl Project Office) working to implement the AMR system (Part of MEP systems) with M/S UDC to:
* Coordination & Meetings with Owners, Consultants and Contractors (40 contractors, 15 consultant)
* Site inspections to verify complete execution of work orders, quality of workmanship as per specifications, standards and method statements.
*Technically inspect devices’ installation and inspect wiring connections for electrical meters and physical installation (including plumbing specs) for Water/cooling (mechanical) meters.
* Provide/operate/train needed remote reading software for all types of meters (electric, water, BTU cooling, and Gas).
* Handling and following issues with the Software and System providers (France & Romania).
* Monitor/maintain on daily basis the Automatic Meter Reading (AMR), systems with all connected meters to each till handover.
* Preparing technical documents and ensured that the work was carried in accordance to the drawings and specifications.
* Maintaining the different phases of the project and evaluated all the technical problems and resolved them.
* Preparing Submittals, and Operation & maintenance Manuals.
