 Select the suitable equipment for the project as Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, FANs, Condensing Unit, Package Unit, VRV System and DX Unit.
 Design the Duct layout, Chilled Water Peiping, Refrigerant piping.
 Prepare bill of quantity and estimate project cost.
 Interacting with clients and consultant regarding various technical and commercial aspects of project.
 Taking quotations from various vendors
 Ensuring the timely completion and quality assurance.
 Inspection of equipments at sites.
 Preparing report of project progress, material delivery...etc.

 Maintain extensive communication with assigned project stakeholders.
 Assist in the preparation of engineering project proposals.
 Budget monitoring and trend tracking.
 Engage in stakeholders meetings and resolving engineering and management project issues.
 Review and approve project financials.
 Ensure effective engineering.
