- Supporting Regions on stock availability and special pricing information.
- Acting as the primary contact with the Regions for all matters relating to special pricing and availability.
- Maintaining feedback from the Regions on general sales performance and market situations.
- Scrutinizing Regional and H.O. accounts and reporting irregularities to Manager CM Rental and UE.
- Monitoring delivery schedules against anticipated arrival dates.
- Controlling physical stock movement to meet geographical Regional requirements.
- Timely and accurate reporting of all relevant matters to Manager CM Rental and UE and submission of monthly and other reports.
- Ensuing accuracy and timely processing of all paperwork, orders, invoices and other documents.
- Ensure efficient vehicle utilization, maintenance and tracking.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure that they are maintained in a safe and roadworthy condition.
- Maintenance of vehicles: Monthly inspects and arrange for services and repairs.
- Identify trends, poor driving behavior, etc.
- Accident and incident reporting.
- Maintain all necessary records to ensure that vehicles provided by the company comply with legal and business requirements.
- Compile and submit reports relating to vehicle utilization, maintenance and tracking.
- Provide training for new employees.
- Establish computerized reports on fuel.
