I'm associated as a Cost Accountant with a US based Medical Technology organization which manufactures Medical Equipment. Responsibility include New Product costing & scenario analysis . Budgeting, projection and forecasting for direct expenses/ factory / logistics expenses. Period end close - Journals, Reporting, Variance analysis. Management reporting, cost analysis, Productivity Analysis, Price Variance. BPC Consolidation Report. Analysing the BOM and Routing . Create Production work order and Variance RPT. Responsible for the accounting and reporting of overheads. Preparation of detailed budgets . Coordination with Cost Engineering team and manage the change request. Manage the Month-end close process, ensuring all reconciliations are performed. Updating financial statement and financial ratio for reporting and decision making . Inventory Accounting and reconciliations . Co-ordinate activities and ensure service level adherence. Manage client calls and Update SLA, CPI &KPI and daily tracker for client presentation.
My duties include posting journal entries, updating financial statements,
maintaining accounts receivable and accounts payable, paying monthly
payroll, and preparing financial reports and ratios.
