The execution of the work as per approved drawings, method statement, specification and monitoring the work completion in time, Handling, supervision and manage the sub-contractors.
* Manage and supervise day to day all sites related activities.
* Arranging the resources and procurement as per the site requirement and Managing the resources and procurement proper utilization.
* Performs construction and renovations such as constructing stud walls, hanging suspended ceilings, installing drywall, installing windows, and related construction tasks.
* Supervises staff assigned to construction projects, includes training on methods and safety, assigning work, and reviewing and evaluating work in progress.
* Inspection of concrete pouring, witness quality testing on site.
* Maintaining quality standards for all structural works. Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing. Study of the related documents such as drawings, checking the quality of RCC works such as foundations, columns, beams, walls and slabs etc.
* Planning and Execution of works as per design & drawing, Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, reports on work progress (key performance indicator) & evaluating as per the planned schedules.
* Supervision of the working labor to ensure strict conformance to methods, quality and safety.
* Attending the client meeting regarding the status of work,
* Monitoring and coordination with MEP department and other sub-contractor on the project so as to ensure the quality of work is achieved as per the set standards.
* Conducting onsite training, assessment and evaluation of operatives as per the training needs & requirements.
* Excellent in Forward planning, Site supervision, Time management, Communication and Coordination.
Supervise Architectural works : Preparation for block work lay out as per drawings, preparation for rush coat like sub frame, angle beads, corner beads, stainless and GI mesh for plaster, layout and installation of floor and wall tiles as per approved drawings, water proofing for we area, external works and roof water proofing. Internal painting such as primer, stucco, final paints and supervise for external painting sealer primer, texture and painting. Supervise kitchen cabinet, wardrobe works, vanity top, underground water tank GRP lining, false ceiling works, Window wooden Shutters, Aluminum louver, doors and windows, Ceiling works, cladding works such as marble, granite, G R P and G R C works and Sanitary fittings such WC, bath tub, showers, bidet, grating, mirrors etc. and SNAG works

(1) Worked as civil finishing foreman at G+13 Residential Building and G+6 car parking Building for (client) H.E. Al Kaabi, Dubai (UAE),
The Residential Building occupied with all modern facilities such as Gym, swimming pool, steam Bath, Sauna and security systems, supervised all finishing works, all interior and external plaster works, ceramic works gypsum false ceiling, paint etc.
(2) EWAN EXTRA Shopping Centre at Dubai Investment Park, DUBAI.
Supervised Super structure, ceramic & marble works, and all decorative Gypsum false ceiling and paint works interlock paving tiles and curb stone etc.
(3) S.S.Lootah Development Project (SUDAN)
A division of S.S. Lootah Group Dubai, (September 2009 till Feb.2011). Worked in northern Sudan in Al Jazeera state, as Civil General Foreman for 122 complete RCC houses, Grand Mosque, Hospital and Shopping Complex Building.

For M/s Nakheel Properties.
Worked as a finishing foreman in superstructure, all internal and Snag works for 160 residential luxurious villas clustered among lush landscape. The homes are (G + 1) villas.
2. Ibn Battuta Mall, Nakheel Properties, Dubai
Worked as civil foreman for structure and super structure works in China Court.
3. Emirates Hills (Dubai) Emaar Properties.
Two Residential (G+ B + 7) 2-Buildings furnished flats, swimming pools, car park and health club.
Worked as a civil General foreman with excellent supervision of all types of civil works of group offices Buildings, including finishing and Snag works.
