1) Ensures that the company policies are followed and implemented.
2) Updates HRIS System (previous system, Hits and current, MenaItech).

4) Responds to the employees request thru HRIS System (MenaME).

9) Controls ticket entitlement of the employees and its eligible dependents.
10) Edits company policies as required.
11) Controls Medical Insurance for the employees and its eligible dependents; request new addition, deletion, change class and etc. thru the Website of Bupa.
12) Participates in preparing Job Descriptions for each position.
13) Providing administrative support to the HR Department.
14) Ensures that applicants submit all required documents before forwarding it the HR Manager for approval.
1. Providing administrative support to the Administration Department.
2. Maintain & monitor all the employee information in HRIS and ensure its accuracy.
3. Manages all employees leave and ensure applied, taken, cancelled leave is processed as per the HR Policy & Procedure.

4. Ensures all employees’ ESB documentation is prepared and finalized as per HR Policy and Procedure.
5. Ensure attendance reports are received on or before cut-off date and prepare monthly report to the Office & Administration Manager highlighting punctuality and Tardiness issues.
6. Ensure that all new staff personal / employment information is entered into the HRIS within 24 hours of joining.
7. Ensure the integrity of the HRIS to enable all leaving staff to be paid as per ESB (Leave, Salary and other entitlements if any) in accordance with the Saudi Labor Law, and to provide Finance with the final Settlement Report.
8. Handling employment contracts (new contract, renewal, update and termination)
9. Monitors expiration of employees’ residence permit (Iqama)
10.. Updates employee Medical Insurance and its dependents thru BUPA’s Website (add new employee or update existing members and delete inactive staff).
11. Make travel arrangement of the company’s executives.
12. Screening and attending incoming telephone calls
13. Prepares and submits analysis (percentage) of staff by Nationality.
14. Conducting preliminary interview for the new applicants and scrutinize documents including Iqama’s Status, Passport and Certificates. Schedule chosen applicants for final interview
15. Observing and applying strict level of confidentiality and discretion to all matters related to the performance of the role.
16. Responsible for all English Business Correspondence
1. Provides complete administrative support to the area (Jeddah, Makkah and Tafi).
