Master Data Management Section

Segmentation Project: managing the project end to end which includes managing resources, project plan, exploring the segmentation methodology, introducing new customer segments, assigning value proposition for introduced segments.
CRM Project: work hand by hand with CRM consultant company (Forrester) to assess the current Infrastructure and to have a clear roadmap. Establishing a CRM Unit.
