 Review the overview Sampling Structure and Plan and Field Strategy
 Handle and Supervise Interviewers/Interviewer Team (compose of minimum ten (10) person and maximum of thirty (30) person)
 Promotes Teamwork
 Plan the Fieldwork, Strategize Work Flow, Adhere with Timeline provided by client
 Provide Briefing (Orientation) upon commencement of every study
 Communicates and Coordinates with the Interviewer for the progress of their field work
 Create Quota for the Interviewers that will serve their guide on their field work
 Distribute Interviewers Quota to Interviewer Team
 Check if Interviewer comply in the Quota Provided to them
 Check fieldwork materials before field distribution
 Print Fieldwork materials and Distribute accordingly
 Provide Serial Number to every Questionnaire
 Update and Locate on Database Respondent’s Profile
 Check Questionnaire and Send via courier the papers
 Do Quality Check via Telephone Back Check
 Directly respond/clarify client’s query vide telephone or email
 Maintain the privacy of every document and internal files of the company as well as the client.
 Systematize and submit the weekly accomplished project/study
 Do copy write on the reports provided by the Interviewers
 Do administrative work at times
 Do menial work as requires
 Doing global file
