• Handle Operations in the UAE - Managing a team of 12 employees and evaluating their performance over the year, in order to achieve the highest productivity levels within the MENA region.
• Plan and forecast the Operations budget for OSN, third party contractors and dealer networks on a yearly basis, and ensure our department does not go over the assigned budget.
• Plan the resources needed to achieve all targets on a daily basis - Attending new subscriptions and other services promptly and professionally.
• Set a roster for Operation Teams that enables them to attend all job necessities across the UAE - Which empowers OSN to have a smooth-running workflow.
• Analyze and generate reports to specify our weak points, specifically in terms of Productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Then, formerly execute procedures to reinforce these spots and go beyond the targets assigned.
• Handle Financial Transactions on our ‘Spend Management System’ to keep record of all costs adhered over the year - Including Capital Expenditure, Petty Cash Settlements, Travel & Purchase Requests, Expense/Contract/Credit Note Requests.
• Ensure meeting revenue targets by seeking new deals and maintaining our relationships across the business.
• Analyze several Field-Service Management systems and test new mobility software in order to help our company reach the highest level of Effectiveness & Efficiency.
• Implement POS scheduling in order for the customer to manage their own visit time-frame and accurate address.
• Instruct and coach the operations teams on the usage of all internal operational systems (such as; JCS, B2T, B2B, GINI, COGNOS & IBS).

Achievements:
• The Purchase of a New Field-Service Management Software (2014): Analyze the new system in order to construct processes that should be added and implemented - Supported our Business Case by shaping key methods and objectives for OSN Operations.
• Generating revenue and minimizing operational costs helped me build my own Operations Revenue team (2013), which was later implemented across the MENA region.
• Constructed a team of Quality-Assurance engineers (2012): A team that conducts surveys and visits to Ensure OSN Customers are satisfied with their experience.
• MPEG Project (2011): Ensured all commercial customers are technically conforming to MPEG4 standard, and delivered project within the assigned budget.
• Swap Project (2010): Contributed in the swap project ‘2010’ to secure the platform for OSN, after the merger of Orbit and Showtime. - Structured & Completed the Operations policy & Project Plan under budget.
• Managed Commercial swaps to utilize the company’s present technical expertise, in order to generate revenue from non-subscriber projects (i.e. SMATV, & IPTV).
• Implemented Self-billing invoicing for Dealers and third party Contractors.
• Managed Upgrade Projects in terms of planning, training & executing field services and operations. Ensure all projects meet the deadlines given.
