Assist in seasonal planning by recapping and analyzing past performance, updating reports and analyzing findings with the Brand Manager.
Analyze consumer buying patterns and predict future trends
Manage plans for stock levels and conduct regular store visits and communicate ops team for their requirements.
Monitor market changes, competitor prices and products.
Allocate season stocks across store locations based on past sales trends
Analyze past sales patterns to anticipate trends in consumer buying pattern, suggest re-allocations/replenishments within stores, manage markdowns and inventory clearance
Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing new suppliers for future products
Recommend clearance sales/Markdowns to help control stock levels and Reduce carry over stock, improve stock turns and manage timely delivery of merchandise to the warehouse
Enhance assortment planning processes
Improve working relationship with Principals and Licensees
Enhance continuity purchase processes for respective brands
