• Study tender drawings and BOQ to quote for new projects.
• Solve the conflicts in design drawings.
• Preparation of Shop Drawings and Material Submittal for approval.
• Quantity Takeoff and assist purchase manager.
• Project coordination with site engineers and preparation of progress reports and monthly invoices to submit to the main contractor.
• Attend weekly meetings at site and deals with technical issues.
• Attend MEP coordination meeting with related engineers.
• Preparation of HVAC Design Drawing upon request from Consultants.
Design and drafting of HVAC systems for gulf projects using international standards like ASHREA, SMACNA etc.
Software :Auto Cad, Revit MEP, Carrier Hap, McQuay Pipe Sizer & Duct Sizer, Beta, DiaLux, Microsoft Office Word and Office Excel tools
Familiar with Heat Load calculation using Carrier HAP software and E20 load sheet
Familiar with Duct Sizing and pipe sizing using software and charts.
Familiar with ESP calculation using equations and software for HVAC equipment like AHU, FCU, Pressurization Unit & Extract Fans.
Familiar with designing and Drafting of water supply and Drainage Systems and all related calculations.
Familiar with Firefighting( Sprinkler system, FHCs, Tank Sizing, Pump Head calculation Etc.) designing and Drafting
Familiar with quantity estimation, BOQ and shop drawing preparation.
Worked as site engineer for research and development complex for Qatar Foundation
BACHELOR DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING FROM ANNA UNIVERSITY IN INDIA 4 YEAR PROGRAM
