The supervisor serves as the educational leader for his section, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and processes to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe & healthy learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school.

Achieving academic excellence requires that the
supervisor work collaboratively to direct, valuate and nurture all members of his team hired by the Board of the School and to communicate effectively with parents.

Essential in the position are the responsibilities for scheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular activities, personnel management, emergency handling, and facility operations.
Teaching Arabic as Foreign Language (AFL), besides Special Islamic and History for Secondary School (years 7-IB) levels.
The school follows the Ministry of Education Curriculum, and is accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEAS&C) through the Commission on American and International Schools Abroad (CAISA).
