• Ensuring Effective and Timely Repairs/maintenance of all equipment in case of breakdown.
• Ensuring efficient running of all plant equipment at all times.
• Reporting any breakdowns or potential problems to any senior member of the technical department.

Responsibility:
• Real time monitoring of equipment during operation and providing prompt reports.
• Trouble shooting faults related to control system with minimum delays/repairs and solve simple mechanical problems.
• Reading, analyzing electrical schematics and interpreting technical procedures, service manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance work.
• Examine and test electrical distribution machinery and equipment, using testing devices.
• Perform general utility maintenance.
• Install and repair industrial electronic equipment (including input/output plc modules and process control equipment).
• Adhere to company policies and safety regulations.
• Any other duty as assigned by your senior.
Responsibility:
• Take generator, compressor, and elevator system checks.
• Inspection and monitoring of plant equipments working status and reporting to the supervisor.
• Participating in condition based and scheduled maintenance of: Elevators,
• Gearboxes, chain and belt conveyors, silo screw conveyors, Cummins generators, L-type rotary screw compressors, ship-unloader hydraulic engines (Deutz) and safety devices inspection and repair.
• Operation and control of ship unloader equipment from a simatic HMI control panel.
Achievements/Projects:
• Led the upgrade of electrical components and safety mechanisms for transport conveyors and slide gates.
• Successfully conducted annual maintenance and calibration of weighbridges and weighers.
• Spearheaded the installation of a drivers booth equipped with advanced features like palm vein reader, barcode scanner, and intercom for weighbridge automation.
• Enhanced PLC programming for transport conveyors 2 and 3 in the flatshed.
• Contributed to the installation of bag counters to facilitate accurate counting at loading zones, ensuring efficient control and alert systems for personnel.
• Acquired expertise in safety devices utilized in transportation systems, such as belt misalignment detection, clogging prevention, emergency stops, and under-speed monitoring, as well as their application in drives like fluid coupling and positive temperature coefficient.
• Proficient in utilizing Human-Machine Interface (HMI) for equipment operation and monitoring.
• Developed skills in calibrating weighers and weighbridges.
Responsibility:
• Routine maintenance, fault diagnosis, corrective maintenance and installation of electrical and electronic equipment
• Ensuring safe switching and isolation practices are carried out.
• Daily start up and shut down of equipment.
• Monitoring of all three sections equipments operation (retread, copper wire and PVC cables), ensuring minimum breakdown and less delays in the plant.

• Learnt power and control circuits of forward / reverse and star-delta for three phase motor connection.
• Iupskilled myknowledge on the use of electro-pneumatic to control flaps and slide gates.
