- Representing the company in my assigned area and working to manage operations, develop business and increase profitability for a company in my specific region.
- Managing all operations within the assigned Area. Including taking responsibility for profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
- Agreeing annual budgets and producing a detailed annual business operating plan as well as monthly, quarterly or annual targets for revenue, profits and cash, in addition to produce business performance reports.
- Agreeing and discussing the company P&L, OPEX, CAPEX, NWC, FCF descriptions and evaluations.
- Recruiting and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training them, KPIs and annual appraisals.
- Sell all products, applications, solutions and services covered by the company’s brands and products portfolio through facing and so daily contact with clients in the most effective communications.
- Support the design Dept. and technical advisor for the company business lines.
- To cover all the assigned area including travelling and presenting 50%-65%.

Samra Plant is French Company which specialized in
wastewater treatment in Jordan it has a contract of 21 years to
B.O.T the plant of As Samra.
Description:
- Repairing all machines faults, power supply and
control systems
- Responsible of hydraulic turbines (6 Turbines)
operation, maintenance and preventive schedules to
keep working in proper way.
- Responsible of operation and maintenance of the Gas
generators.
- Installation of new machines
- Controlling health and safety procedures in the plant.
- Managing Preventive and corrective maintenance
plans.
- Working on the CMMS program for maintenance
planning and scheduling.
- Ordering spare parts from local and overseas market to
keep within the minimum and maximum percent.
- Responsible for the PMV.
- Reporting to the GM.

- covering all residential and commercial plumbing
requirements
- Preventive maintenance of electrical systems.
Generators, transformers and circuit breakers and
regularly checked to ensure safety.
- Managing the Concierge, Health Club & Swimming
Pool management, Housekeeping, Security, Cleaning
Services, Waste Management, Pest Control, Gardening
& Landscaping all over the desired areas .
- Reporting to the Group Facilities Manager.
