Armá Outsourcing is a Saudi Establishment formed in January 2017, specialized in outsourced accounting services designed for Start-ups, small
and medium sized organizations. Currently all business operations were put on-hold since December 2019.

- Key Responsibilities

a) Planning; Conducting and implementing business studies, Service design, process mapping, Pre-launch and MVP Testing.

b) Business Development: Drafting business identity and branding, Policies, Process automation and IT infrastructure.

c) Management; Legal and commercial compliance, Recruiting and training, Financial management, Business setup.

d) Sales; planning, prospecting and data analysis, Presentations and service proposals, Negotiations and contracting.

e) Marketing; Establishing Client’s referral program, Content development and publications, Marketing campaigns and networking events.

f) Accounting Service; Client’s Registration and accounting setup, Review and approve entries and posting, perform periodic closing process
and account’s reconciliation, Performance financial reporting, Tax and Zakat filing, Client’s management review.

g) Support Service; Establishing and implementing client’s internal control framework and financial policies, Training and auditing support.

a) Prepared and delivered over 20 business proposals in the first year in which more than 50% successfully turned into annual contracts.

b) Prepared the financial statements of 4 Saudi Limited Liability Companies in which reviewed and approved by independent auditors.

c) Reduced up to 75% of employment cost by developing and implementing process results in processing data 20 times faster.

d) Designed and implemented an internal control framework to manage the process of a multi-million SR business entity.

e) Planned and executed tow marketing campaigns promoting business for multiple thousands of participants.

f) Provided over 900 hours of failed training (Internship) for 3 college students as part of their graduation requirements.

g) Presented innovative business initiatives for 3 renewed incubators and funds (KAUST Innovation Fund, Flat6Labs and Badir Incubator).

Saudi Aramco Mobil Refinery (SAMREF) is a joint venture Refinery formed in 1981 by Saudi Aramco and ExxonMobil.

- Key Responsibilities;

a) Accounts Payable; Managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable activates processing payments of local and foreign suppliers, Government
departments, shareholders and dividends, tax and zakat, donations and social responsibility, business petty cash and advances.

b) Accounts Receivables; Responsible for all non-trade receivables and contracting, sales posting, aging collection reporting.

c) Contribute in operational cash management and payments funding, time deposit and investment plans.

d) Planning, reporting and processing annual leases, accruals and recurring payment plans.

- Achievements and Awards;

a) Awarded for contributing effectively in two major capital projects with over than USD 2.5 Billion of investment.

b) Handled a critical conflict results in saving millions of the company money by clearing 70% of total financial claims.

c) Involved in implementing ‘’SAP Bank Communication Management’’ application to control more than SR 280M Monthly transactions.

d) Trained 5 employees and 3 internship students.

a) Handled premium accounts serving priority client’s (SAMBA Gold) within few weeks of joining the bank.
