• We utilized online teaching methods for 350 to 400 training hours per program.
• Designed and implemented an interactive curriculum to engage participants efectively.
• Provided guidance, feedback, and support to facilitate the learning process.

Nursing professionals face several challenges: continuous development in healthcare, the vast and quick expansion of nursing science, and the continuous changes in the characteristics of future nurses. The millennial generation in the nursing profession -born in the post-modern era acquired a different perspective of skills, objectives, and reflection - away from the standardized and traditional school of learning compared to the older generations, who were more socially oriented. To keep up with the modern era of learning and meet the needs of the new generations in education, there is an urgency to acquire and upgrade the skills and knowledge of healthcare educators in institutions. This teaching statement reflects Dr. Iblasi’s philosophy in teaching to prepare competent nurses who are ready to bloom as nursing professionals in the future.
