The implementation of Academic Science courses at TINS, ensuring that they are delivered to plan and that quality is maintained,
· Providing direction and guidance to Academic Science Training Instructors, including professional development and training,
· The day-to-day leadership and management of a team of ASTIs delivering the Academic Science Training courses to ensure that targets are met,
· Establishing and maintaining effective links with local RSNF Liaison Officers,
· Contributing to preparation of timetables, scheduling and allocation of instructors,
· Contributing to the acquisition, allocation, maintenance and use of training resources including textbooks, workbooks, classrooms, laboratories, training devices, and consumables,
· Working closely with the local RSNF Surveillance and Cadet Welfare teams to ensure appropriate levels of cadet discipline are maintained,
· Reviewing team members’ performance through observations,
· Managing, directing and planning the workload of allocated AST team members,
· Maintaining effective working relationships with the Learning Resource Centre team to ensure activities in the LRC are complementary to the mainstream teaching and remain an effective part of the programme,
· Ensuring that all SHE requirements are communicated to staff and met in the Academic Science Training environment,
· Ensuring that the performance development reviews (PDRs) of direct reports are completed to schedule, identifying development needs and ensuring effective objectives are communicated and realised,
· Selecting and developing appropriate course material to match students’ abilities and requirements,
· Providing regular updates as required to the AS/BST Chief Instructor and AS/BST Manager on training performance, cadet discipline and any other issues that require his assistance,
· Ensuring that all reports are completed and submitted in a timely manner,
· Ensuring that all quality process documentation requirements are implemented and communicated to team members.

Completed the course of Saudi National Technical Instructor Training
program (SNTITP) for effective delivering methods to audience
Familiarized with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) materials
Deliver Health and Safety materials to Navy cadets for Unit-201
Deliver Engineering principles materials to Navy cadets for Unit-202
Deliver Maintaining electrical engineering to Navy cadets for Unit-222
Improve courseware and provided feedbacks for City and Guilds materials

Certified Level-3 Training, Assessment, and Quality Assurance TAQA
Develop the construction phase for the Emulsion Plant, which is the join-venture with DOW company
Maintain the production for utilities production from Boiler+Chiller+ other thermodynamics system equipment
Do the pre-commission and commissioning phase for the DCS system, using Delta V, . This program is belong to Emerson company, which we have already trained to how to work on the DCS delta V system
