Neonatology Staff Nurse
- Provide specialized care to newborns and high-risk infants in a NICU setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients with various diagnoses, including prematurity, respiratory distress, and congenital anomalies
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including neonatologists, pediatric surgeons, and respiratory therapists
- Monitor and manage life-sustaining equipment, such as ventilators and CPAP machines
- Administer medications, nutrients, and fluids via various routes, including IV, NG, and umbilical lines
- Perform routine neonatal assessments, including vital signs, weight, and head circumference
- Educate families on newborn care, feeding, and developmental milestones
