Manga the shift and all direct staff. To ensure the smooth running of the production process. To ensure that all products are produced to the specified specifications. Target and deadlines are met to achieve the orders. To ensure that all direct staff comply with the company’s Health and Safety procedures.
• working closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers are effective communications tools.
• Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results of employees initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
• Completes production plan by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting results of the processing flow on shift production summaries.
• Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action.
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
• Ensures operation of equipment by calling for repairs; evaluating new equipment and techniques.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
I was working with JESCO as Cnc operator (Jubail Energy Service Company ) which is located in JUBAIL
from 3/ 8 / 2014 as CNC MACHINES (Threading Operator) in Finishing line dealing with PMC Machines to make the lP ( line pipes) & OCTG API 5CT (STC : short threading connection, LTC : long threading connection, and BTC : Butters threading connection) also, we have premium connection (JPC) dealing with JPC2 & JPC 4 specially for Saudi ARAMCO including the Grade of Material (J55-K55 soft, N80 -L80, C95, P110 hardest) . Working in MM and inches in setup, adjusting and size from 114.3 ( 4 1/2)to 339.7 (13 3/8) of pipes.
Machine Operator working with new technology of machines for making thread pipes 5CT Api and special thread in oil and gas connections ( Sameless Pipes) to Saudi Aramco
I was working with Cnc machines for producing Api 6A wellhead equipment dealing with raw materials by using drawing and programs to operate our machines
manufacturing techniques are using industrial production(oil and gas) , material processing, drawing reading, project management and CO_OP program with Saudi Aramco
