Joined as Brand Development Manager in Master Foods under sponsorship with one of leading company in KSA, Responsible for overseeing all marketing and sales related activities for one of the segments related to Food service, Supermarkets, HORECA, Wholesale agencies etc., handled some premium brands business in the market.
Work involved identifying the right type of products suited to these outlets, overseeing product trials and suggesting processing alternatives etc., was involved in product pricing, trade deals, customer promotions…etc.
Directly managed sales related activities overseen competitor activities, such as sales forecasting, budgeting, handling customer relationships, complaints etc, managing sales and achievement of targets, point of sale activities etc.
Monitored and reported on competitor activity to shape our marketing and sales strategies. also was responsible for management of account receivables for the customers under my responsibility.
Conduct products quality test, new product trials in customer outlets coordinating trials and reporting directly to Master Foods, Dubai.
Studied and recommended different types of promotional activities to increase sales in market and improve our market share, Was successful in achieving sales, receivables and distribution targets every year.
