DP World is one of the largest marine terminal operators in the world, with 49 terminals and 9 new developments and major expansions across 31 countries. Its dedicated, experienced and professional team of nearly 30, 000 people serves customers in some of the most dynamic economies in the world.

Achievements:
• Managed to set the basis agreement of upgrading MAXIMO system.
• Successfully lead a group to setup Fuel Station Automation for DP World
• Stabilized and improved the Incident Management System (IMS) user support
• Successfully managed a team to automate the process of food inspection between DP World and Dubai Municipality

Responsibilities:
• Managing and leading different IT projects such as Business Intelegence System - Data Warehouse, upgrading MAXIMO system, Incident Management System, Fuel Station Automation & Integration, Cargo Gate Automation..etc
• Documenting all project phases and risk analysis in a secure shared folder
• Plan so that deployments are carried on in scheduled and allocated time
• Take ample precautions so that Plan B and failover mechanism is available during all implementations.
• Ensure QA process is followed and whole deployment process is completed as per guidelines and best practices (CMMI).
• Take care of Post Deployment process
• Ensure the deployments are updated on version control and always the latest source code is available with Version Control Software
