Key Responsibilities:
Direct the development and design of components of the Dubai South Master Plan across various districts of the mega-development covering design, engineering, value engineering and functional analysis, product analysis during the design stage of any product within DWC.
Spearheaded major real estate projects in the Dubai South program including design and construction of buildings, villas and retail properties.
Plan and manage studies related to land use, zoning, public utilities, transportation and market for development and implementation of the master plan for the overall program.
Review and approve development briefs, feasibility studies, master plans and building and infrastructure design submittals in close coordination with business units.
Produce and develop design guidelines for master planning, architectural and engineering to facilitate achievement of the project vision.
Discuss with planning officials all matters related to land use in projects for various purposes like transportation, conservation, residential, commercial, industrial and community use.
Commission and coordinate market studies on various areas of the development and assess impact on consumers to enable effective business strategizing.
Manage multiple vendors and contractors including working directly with architects and consultants on project feasibility, design and execution.
Act as the first point of contact and liaison between the owner and the contractor in discussing and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage, mentor and motivate a diverse team driving efforts for achievement of project milestones, schedules and deliverables aligned to client specifications.
Streamline team operations through optimum delegation of workload, prioritization of projects, managing staffing levels and training to deliver all predefined company objectives.
