•The responsibility that I am handling in CMS is handling all projects related to the credit management solution department.

•Working with Relationship managers.

•Preparing the CMS priority list (keeping track of strategic clients that are being analysed/past dues/credit committee & financial statements.

•Setting up a new program from scratch called Covenant Manager entering covenants that track the covenants of the clients and when it breaches, it alerts the RM to react towards the clients.

•Working on a project that calculates lead times as various points of the credit process then sent to Paris.

•GRR Project (Global recovery rate) back testing project going in to details analysing the facilities of clients.

•Arranging RCC (Regional credit committee) meetings for approving requests.

•Calculating total assets/ EBITDA/ equity.

•Working on spreading financials.

 •Step one will designate Swift printers in each department to print specific swift codes that the department needs.
 •Step two is maintaining the swift of every department threw printing a hard copy and in the upcoming future designing a system to send the swift directly to department that is processing with different swift codes.
