• Operate and maintain 1 1kV Substation including VCB, 750 kVA Transformer, PFI
system, LT panel, 300 kVA Diesel Generator, and ATS.
• Troubleshoot production machines such as CNC plasma cutting, hydraulic press, punching
press, welding machines, compressors, dryer, pre-treatment unit, curing oven, and pumps to
minimize downtime.
• Conduct electrical safety tests including thermography, insulation resistance, and earth
resistance as per BNBC 2020.
• Ensure proper power distribution and cable sizing from MSB to DB/SDB for machinery.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic
systems.
• Respond quickly to machine breakdowns to maintain uninterrupted production.
• Improve operational efficiency using TPM and OEE methodologies.
• Manage maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and coordinate with vendors.
• Implement EHS practices, 5S, Six Sigma, and Kaizen on the factory floor.
• Prepare maintenance reports and technical presentations for management.

Job Responsibilities:
• Home Appliance Blender (Universal) Motor Project in charge.
• Different kind of electric motor manufacturing, feasibility analysis such as;
◦ Universal Motor (150W - 1200W)
◦ Induction motor (30W - 400W)
◦ DC motor 6V & 12V
• Development work of motors for higher performance with low cost.
• Universal motor project (Rotor/Armature line, Stator line, Varnish line, Assembly line etc.)
successfully completed.
• Development of all the Blender & Mixer Grinder Motors Electrical Performance with
optimized cost & quality.
• Electrical Design of Blender & Mixer Grinder Motor.
• Analysis & Development winding pattern of stator & rotor/armature for Blender/Universal
Motor.
• Research & analysis on Electrical component of Blender Motor.
• Electrical Parameter test (Dielectric Strength Test, Insulation Resistance Test, Block Rotor
Test, Thermal Protector Test etc.) of all types of Blender & Mixer Grinder Motor.
• Study & incorporate different International Standard like IEC, CB, ISO etc. to optimize
Blender Motor standard & parameter.
• Making BOM & SOP of electrical component of motor.
• Research & find out solution regarding motor related development problem.
