• Review & enhance Category strategies, including demand analysis, supply market analysis, work scope/challenges, local content requirements and saving & commercial approach to providers

• Planning and souring aviation fuel contracts at Abu Dhabi, rest of Middle East, Africa, Europe, Asia and Chinese airports in compliance with Etihad procurement and contracting governance processes.
• Define & Plan fuel sourcing strategy, standards, policies
• Managing High value sourcing strategy projects
• Fuel cost reductions by competitive product sourcing, negotiations of the contracts and by building strategic supplier relationship management (SRM) with the critical and strategic fuel suppliers.
• Leading and managing the projects related to improving the fuel quality management at the locations where the aviation fuel supply is critical and the quality standards are not as per Etihad Airways standards and requirements.
• Operational disruption management in order to reduce the impact of fuel disruption events on Etihad Airways operations.
• IFQP Airline master and team member of Etihad Airways Bio-Fuel projects
• Attended the Etihad Graduate Management Classes for professional development and understanding of aviation business.
Service, receive phone calls, coordinate for pre-delivery of customer credit cards to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Explore market opportunities and identify (corporate) customers to discuss fleet sales business to maximize the customer base and revenue for Standard Chartered Bank
