Key Performance Areas:
Participate in the interview process alongside Line Managers for the selection of graduate associates
Developed the Individual Development Plan (IDP) template and process for the graduate associate program

Participated in annual career fairs in order to attract Qatari talent to Sidra

Managed and lead the Training and Qatarization function at Qatar Gas
Designed the individual development plans, (IDP) in order to structure nationals development in line with identified learning needs and career pathways
Designed, and rolled-out policies and procedures for training and development
Managed the provision of competency based learning programs selecting quality vendors.
Led the annual training needs analysis to inform the selection of corporate learning programs that met individual/job role needs.
