1. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
2. Create organizational charts and detailed job descriptions
3. Update employee records with new employment information
and/or changes in employment status
4. Review and update all procedures and forms
5. Create an annual human resources plan
6. Responsible about the full cycle of recruitment process
*Recruitment:
1. Responsible about the full-cycle of recruitment process.
2. Sourcing and searching Candidate CVs.
3. Handling Saudi and non-Saudi (issuing Visa) hiring process and solve problems during the process with the related departments.
4. Communicating with international recruitment agencies in different countries.
5. Complete Candidate documents.
6. Give brief orientations about the CO and the work field.
*Payroll and Insurance Management: 1. Carry out effective processing of employee compensation and benefits disbursements (payroll, overtime, allowances, deductions, bonus, end-of-service indemnity, insurance, etc.)
2.Maintain an annual leave plan to ensure timely processing of annual vacation related benefits
3.Coordinate with medical insurance provider to maintain and provide requisite documentation to meet eligibility criteria
4. Submit Payroll file to Finance Dept.
*Employee Relations:
1. Develop policies and procedures related to HR Operations.
2. Manage and respond to employee complaints with rigor and empathy.
3. Inform the concerned Divisions/Departments about arriving employees and new joiners.
4. Monitor time and attendance records.
5. Organizing and updating employees files
