• Leading EPCM Contractor procurement team which consist of 5 senior buyers and Procurement manager. Main roles and responsibilities summarized below:

• Develop commercially competitive project sourcing strategies and tactics that meet the business demand while taking into account potential implementation of Global Strategies at local/regional level.
• Conduct tenders, evaluate bids and drive negotiations with Suppliers in accordance to the CMCP and Project Standards as an overall 'guidance'.
• Ensure delivery and effectively manage contracts while continuously drive value improvement targets.

• Clean Fuel Project MAB 1 LUMP SUM CONTRACT 1.7 billion $/Client: KNPC
• Designing the layout of UG services (storm water, AOC, Firewater, cooling water, COC) and performing a corridor study to accommodate all these lines with no clashes.
• Perform all the calculations required to design the UG services and designing the manholes, CB, Invert level of pipe and pipe diameter required for each system.
• Coordination with Petrofac DELHI office to guide and perform the detailed engineering.
• Verifying all ITT FEED documents are incorporated in the design and suggesting some changes to the current Process flow diagrams (PFD) to optimize the design.
• Perform a constructability study/review to the UG services and mitigate possible construction problems.
• Zakum Development Project ZADCO lump sum contract 3.7 billion $/Client: ZADCO
• Reviewing/ and optimizing the design of AOC, COC, Storm water drain (SWD), sanitary and choosing the best alternatives. (i.e. dry gravity system, gravity liquid filled system, introducing lift stations, pressurized system.
• Rumaila, IRAQ Project proposal /Client: British Petroleum (BP)
• Evaluating vendors for the initiation of soil investigation and topographic survey work
• Assisting in preparation of possible design philosophies that will be carried out to determine the cost of the project.
• September 2012 - 2nd February 2014 (Petrofac Int. Ltd SITE):
• IRAQ BADRA SITE lump sum contract of 330 Million $/Client: Gazprom Neft Badra
• Coordination between the main office and the site in terms of reviewing drawings, defining scope of work for the subcontractors and coordination of any problem experienced in site.
• Responsible for the construction and supervision of underground sanitary system, oily water system and storm water collection system.
• Responsible for the supervision of general civil works such as catch basins, manholes, clean pits, earth pit valve pits, pipe supports, crossovers, etc., and all the excavation related to piping.
• Managing the subcontractor civil scope by providing him with priorities and schedules for the deadlines and plan of work for each day.
• Generate a daily/weekly/monthly reports for the civil scope progress and reporting it to site management.
• Ensuring all the civil and structural material delivered at site ( Anchor bolts, steel structure columns and beams, insert plates, etc.) are satisfactory and as per the specifications.
