- Determining Daily Banks Balances & Outstanding Checks.
- Securing Funding for Checks to be released from VP-Finance.
- Releasing of Check directly to Supplier or for Deposit to Beneficiary's Account.
- Disbursing of Payment from Petty Cash Funds
- Replenishment of Petty Cash Funds.

Monthly closing of Accounts Tasks:
- Posting to General Ledger Inventory Receipt Memo (RM)
- Amortization of Prepaid Rent.
- Posting to General Ledger Real estate Collections and Amortization of Prepaid Real estate.
- Bank Reconciliation.
- Suppliers Reconciliation.
- Wholesale posting of Sales invoices and Cash Collections.
- Preparing of Sales Report for the Shops.
- Fox-pro versus Quickbooks reconciliation of wholesales transactions.

Online Banking Transactions:
- Online Payment Approval of Visa, Iqama and Utilities (STC, SEC, MOBILY)
- Account to Account Transfers from One Bank to Another Bank with in Company's Accounts (Verifier)
